Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Education of the School District of Oakland-Craig, in the County of Burt, in the State of Nebraska, a/k/a School District No. 014, has been scheduled on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting for superintendent search planning purposes. This meeting will be held at the Oakland-Craig Elementary Building at Oakland, NE, in the Board meeting room, which meeting will be open to the public.

Through a partnership with the non-profit, The Bay, we are able to provide a virtual skate club for 20 of our students. Each week, The Bay teaches a short skateboard lesson then we are able to practice our skills. The students are loving it!
After weeks of learning about tools and habits of character, 1st graders will begin the process of planning and building a “magnificent thing” to help solve a classroom problem. We are so excited... stay tuned over the next several days for updates!

Due to an outbreak of Covid-19, Norfolk-Catholic has been forced to cancel our Friday, Sept. 18 football game. The Logan-Magnolia Panthers from Iowa will come to Oakland-Craig and play (Sept. 18) in Oakland. All Homecoming festivities will go on as originally planned!

OCHS Homecoming is this Saturday at Harvest Moon Pumpkin Patch! Doors will open at 8:00 for pictures with OCHS 9-12 students only. Breathalyzers, as well as temperature and mask checks, will also be done at the door. The dance will begin at 9:00 p.m., and doors will close at 9:30 p.m. The last dance will take place at midnight.
More information has been sent to your student's email account and will be sent out in student announcements as the day draws near.
