Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Education of the School District of Oakland-Craig, in the County of Burt, in the State of Nebraska, a/k/a School District No. 014, has been scheduled on April 13, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. by videoconference. Public and media access to the videoconference is available by clicking on the link posted on the district’s website at https://www.ocknights.org/
As this board meeting will be held by videoconference, and no quorum of the Board of Education will be physically present together, there will be no in-person attendance available to the public or the media. A copy of the agenda, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection in the office of the Superintendent of Schools in Oakland, Nebraska, and online at the above-mentioned link.
In order to reduce exposure to Covid-19, OC will move to a Thursday only meal pick up starting 3/9. Students will receive 5 days of meals each Thursday. Families that are already signed up do not need to sign up again.NEW students click for details. https://url.esu2.org/n
OC Staff will be doing a parade on Tuesday, April 7 starting at the elementary at 5:00 p.m. We will follow the route included through Oakland and Craig. Come out and wave and cheer for the OC Staff. Live out of town? Come on in and find a spot on the route. Hope to see you then!
