The preschool class enjoyed some hot chocolate with marshmallows on this cold day! Counting down the days until Santa arrives!
4th, 5th, and 6th graders spent last week wrapping books for local daycare children. We thank them for their help getting almost 60 books wrapped to donate this week to children in our community.

6th graders just finished “Drawing like an Egyptian” in Social Studies
1st grade has been working on taking quality notes and discussing what is important information from a text. Today we got a chance to have a Science Talk about “Why does the moon seem to change shape?”, using our notes to help us discuss!
3rd graders working together to beat the next level on Code.org. Coding is a great sequencing and problem solving activity as well as teaching them how computers work. Students k-6 practice every quarter!

The Burt County Museum in Tekamah is currently displaying O-C fourth grade’s Poinsettia Drawings. These masterpieces were created with Elmer’s glue and oil pastel.
Mrs. Hagedorn's second grade class has been learning about reversible and irreversible changes in Science. We conducted an experiment to see if we melted our crayons, could we reverse the process and get our same crayons back?
The Kindergarten class is counting down the days until Christmas. Each day the trim Santa’s beard and count how many more days are left.
