As a result of the updated guidelines issued yesterday by the CDC, the wearing of face coverings will be optional at tomorrow’s commencement for those who have been fully vaccinated. Face coverings will continue to be required by students and staff during school for the remainder of the year.
Due to the current weather forecast for the remainder of the morning, we are going to postpone our Elementary Track and Field Day to Monday, May 17 beginning at 12:30 p.m. Students will eat lunch here at school on Monday and then will head to the track. While there is still a chance of rain on Monday, the weather looks to be a little better on Monday than it is today. If you were planning to provide a lunch for your child today, please send that and they will eat that for lunch today at school. If your child signed up for a school lunch we will provide them one. We apologize for any inconvenience but want to make this experience positive for our students, staff, and community. We hope for better weather Monday and look forward to seeing you then.
We will be postponing our Elementary Track and Field Day to Monday, May 17. Please see the attached note for more information.
