In accordance with state and federal regulations implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), this notice is to inform you of Oakland-Craig Public Schools intent to destroy personally identifiable information related to special education services maintained on students who received special education services while attending Oakland-Craig Public Schools. Files to be destroyed are those of students that graduated five or more years ago.

Congratulations to the O-C cross country team! Jalie finished 4th and Ellinor 10th at EHC! The girls team finished 4th.
Patrick finished 9th and Preston 11th. Logan just missed the medals at 16th. The boys team got 3rd!
We also had the best starter in the state! Go Knights!





Today's the day! Join us for a community pep rally at 1:45 p.m., PTO Tailgate from 5-7 p.m., Knight Games at 7 p.m., Alumni Flag Football at 7:30 p.m. and Coronation at approximately 8:45 p.m.!

Our 6th graders got up close and personal with nature's textures in art class this week! They dove into crayon rubbings and observational drawing focusing on the incredible detail of leaves.

EducationQuest is offering 60, $1,000 Do the FAFSA Nebraska Scholarships! To be eligible for the random drawings, applicants must be Nebraska high school seniors and complete the 2026–27 FAFSA. An initial drawing to award 24 recipients will occur Dec. 5, 2025. A second drawing to award 36 recipients will be held April 15, 2026. Students not selected in December will be entered in the April drawing. Apply early for the best chance at being selected. Apply at https://educationquest.org/.

OC is gearing up for Homecoming week and the alumni flag football game. The bracket and schedule for Friday, October 10 is included on the flyer. Both football games will be played at the same time, using only half of the field for each game.
