O-C XC ran well in Kearney today! Patrick fought his way to the top earning the 20th place medal of 354 runners! All the boys ran a course PR today! All three girls ran better times than last year! Great running O-C!

Friday, September 25th was 9-25, recognized as Dolly Parton Day. Elementary music classes listened to and sang along with the lyrics of “9 to 5”, then heard the back story of “The Coat of Many Colors” and watched a video of Dolly singing the song. Students then had the opportunity to color their own coat of many colors.

Art 2 & 3 students combined linocuts of insects with vibrant monoprints made on gelli plates. The result is a stunning, layered composition that beautifully showcases both printmaking techniques.
